IEEE CBP Learning System Return and Refund Policy

You may return your IEEE CBP Learning System to the address below for credit within 30 days of the original ship date under the following two conditions:

1. It is still in its original condition, such that it can be resold and accepted by another purchaser; AND

2. The online portion of the program has NOT been activated.

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice to ensure the refund is issued correctly and is processed in a timely fashion. You will receive a credit for the price of the program to the original form of payment you provided. We do not issue credit for any shipping charges.
